Terms and conditions
In short
- You pay when you order. We edit your video and deliver it by private link.
- One revision round per video is included, asked for in writing.
- Your footage stays yours. We use it only to do your order, and never show it to anyone without your written permission.
- If we can't deliver what you ordered, you get your money back (see the refund policy).
1. Who we are
"EOS Visuals", "we" and "us" mean EOS Visuals, a small business based in India. Email: vinith@eosvisuals.com. "You" means the person or business placing the order.
2. What we provide
We edit short videos you send us. The levels and what each includes are described on our home page and pricing page; those descriptions form part of these terms. In particular:
- Each paid video is up to 3 minutes long (the free trial video, up to 90 seconds) and delivered as one vertical 1080×1920 video file with an SRT subtitle file.
- Captions are in English.
- Callouts are made only on request, after we have agreed a quote with you.
We may decline an order, for example if the footage is too long, the audio can't be understood, or the content breaks section 5. If we decline after you've paid, we refund you in full.
3. Ordering and payment
- Prices are on our pricing page: in US dollars for customers outside India, in Indian rupees for customers in India.
- Your first video is a free trial, with no payment and no commitment. After that, we send you a numbered invoice with payment details before the work for each order starts. We don't see or store your card details.
- We email you a private upload link. Work starts when we have your footage and your list of names to spell exactly (and, for paid orders, your payment).
- Packs must be used within 60 days of payment.
4. Delivery and revisions
- We deliver by a private link sent by email. Our turnaround target is in our delivery policy. It is a target, not a guarantee; if we're going to miss it, we tell you.
- One revision round per video is included. Reply to the delivery email within 7 days of delivery, listing everything you'd like changed in one message. We fix our mistakes (a misspelled name, a mistimed caption, a wrong cut) and make reasonable changes within the level you ordered.
- A new edit, a different level, or changes after the revision round are a new order.
- If you don't ask for a revision within that time, the order is complete.
5. Your content
- You confirm you own the footage you send, or have permission to have it edited, and that it includes nothing illegal, hateful, or infringing anyone's rights.
- You keep all rights to your footage and to the finished video. You give us permission to copy and edit your footage only to complete your order.
- We never publish, share or use your footage or the finished video (for example as a portfolio sample) unless you give us written permission.
- How we handle your footage and personal data, including any outside service, is in our privacy policy. An outside service (such as a cloud AI tool) processes your footage only if you agree to it for that order.
6. Our tools
We use editing software, including automated and AI tools that run on our own computers. A person checks every video before delivery.
7. Responsibility
- We take care with every video, but you are responsible for checking the finished video before you publish it.
- As far as the law allows, our total responsibility for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't responsible for indirect losses, such as lost sales or how a video performs once posted.
- Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
8. Cancellations and refunds
See our refund and cancellation policy.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order applies to that order.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If there's a problem, email us first and we'll try to sort it out. Any dispute that we can't settle goes to the courts of India, unless the law of your country gives you the right to use your local courts.
