Delivery (shipping) policy

Last updated: 9 October 2026

In short

Everything is delivered digitally. Nothing is shipped, and there are no shipping charges.
You get a private download link by email.
Our target: 2 working days, 3 at most, from when we have your footage and names list.

For each video: one vertical 1080×1920 video file (MP4) and its SRT subtitle file (VTT on request).

We email you a private link to the files.
Only people with the link can open it. Please don't share it if the video isn't public yet.
The link stays available for 30 days. Download your files within that time.

The clock starts when we have your footage and your list of names to spell exactly.
Our target is 2 working days, 3 at most, on Monday to Saturday, Indian Standard Time.
It's a target, not a guarantee. If we're going to miss it, we email you before it passes. If we're late by more than 7 days, you can cancel for a full refund (see the refund policy).
Revisions: after you reply with your changes, we aim to send the corrected version within 2 working days.

Check your spam folder, then email vinith@eosvisuals.com and we'll resend the link.
